Cancellation Policy

OLTOA reserves the right to cancel programs or classes in the case of low enrollment

If OLTOA cancels any offering, you will receive a full refund.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:


If you cancel within: Your refund is:
45 or more days before the start of class Full Refund
35-44 days prior to class 50% refund
*No refunds within 34 days of a class start date*

We understand that your personal and professional obligations can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
